Medications

Before the time your medication is shipped, which is when you receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, you have the option to cancel your order. We can resend your medication to the same address or a different one if you are unable to pick up your missed delivery or make arrangements for a redelivered prescription, as long as it is returned to us within 30 days of the attempted delivery.

Issues with your order

In the odd occasion that any products are flawed, incorrectly delivered, misrepresented, or damaged, kindly let us know as soon as possible. Items must be returned in the best possible condition, but they do not have to be in the same condition as sold. Products should be returned as soon as possible with the original packaging, if available. Still, they will be accepted without the original packaging as long as you have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the products arrive without further damage or loss. If we ask you to arrange for the return of items outside of our usual pre-paid methods, we will reimburse you for the reasonable costs incurred. Any product issues must be reported to us immediately so that we and our external delivery providers can investigate them.

We will either replace the products or reimburse the cost, including any applicable delivery fees, as soon as you contact us. To determine whether to replace or refund the product, you must provide documentation proving that it was flawed, defective, or delivered incorrectly at the time of delivery, if you contact us six months or more after receiving the goods.

When will my account be credited with my refund?

After your order has been returned to us, it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be credited to your account.

You can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.

We don’t currently have an exchange policy; however, if your order is returned, you will receive a refund.
