1. Eligibility

The following must be true in order to be able to use the Services:

[a] You are at least 18 years old.

[b] You are in Singapore right now.

You agree and understand that meeting the above standards does not mean you will get the Services through Medsinga.

2. Changes

These Terms can be changed at any time by posting a new version on the Website. Any change goes into action right away unless something says otherwise. You are in charge of making sure you understand the most recent Terms. Because you are still using the Website, you agree to be bound by the new Terms.
We can change, suspend, stop, or limit access to the Website at any time and for any reason, with or without warning.
These Terms were last changed on March 16, 2021.

3. Definitions

In these words:

Words like “including” and “similar” don’t mean there is a limit.
Loss includes any other claim, damage, loss, liability, or cost, such as legal fees on a solicitor and own client basis. Loss also includes loss of profits, savings, income, or data.
Personal information is any data, information, or statement that can be used to identify a living person. It includes personal data, personally identifiable information, and other similar types of information as defined by privacy and data security laws.
Terms refer to these rules and guidelines called Website Terms of Use.
Underlying System is any network, system, program, data, or other content that supports or is linked to the Website.
Your User ID is a unique name and/or password that lets you get into certain parts of the Website.

In this case, “you” refers to either yourself or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the person you are acting for.

4. The beginning

The Website is owned and run by Medsinga. The Website is meant to make it easier for registered people to get the Services. What are the “Services”? They include, but aren’t limited to: (i) giving people health and wellness information (“Content”); (ii) giving people pharmacy services; (iii) creating and collecting health care records and health care information and keeping them for use in health care provider appointments, communications, and pharmacy services; (iv) administrative support for scheduling and paying for health care provider services and pharmacy services; (vi) helping people use the Services to talk to health care providers directly; and (vii) delivering products and medications by medical professionals who are independent contractors with Medsinga and other affiliated professional entities for communication, consultations, assessments, and treatment by those health care organisations and their providers (“Providers”). We reserve the right to change the Services’ scope at any time and for any reason, without telling you first.

5. Extra permission for virtual services

7.1 Telemedicine is the delivery of health care services between a health care provider and a patient who are not in the same physical place. It can be done through electronic communications, information technology, or other means. Telemedicine can be used to diagnose, treat, follow up with patients, and/or teach them about their health. It can include, but isn’t limited to:

When a patient and a health care worker send medical records, photos, personal health information, or other data electronically to each other.
Conversations between a patient and a health care worker that happen over voice, video, or data
The use of sound and video files, as well as data output from medical equipment.

6. Accountabilities

When you deal with us, including when you set up an account, you must give us accurate, up-to-date, and full information, and you must quickly update that information as needed to keep it accurate, up-to-date, and full. If you are given a User ID, you must keep it safe and do the following:

Not let anyone else use your User ID, which means not giving it to anyone else or telling them about it; and
Send an email to care@medsinga.com right away if you learn that your User ID has been shared or used without your permission.

7. Ownership of ideas

The Website and the Underlying Systems belong to us and our partners. This includes all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos, and the way the Website looks and feels.

8. Disclaimers

As long as the law allows it, neither we nor our partners are responsible for any Loss you or anyone else may have because of:

[a] the Website not working at all or taking a long time to load;

[b] any mistakes or missing information in the information that you can get from the Website.

[c] getting viruses or other things that could harm your computer or put you at risk of fraud when you access or use the Website. To be clear, it is your job to make sure that you access and use the Website.

[d] Any site that is linked from the Website saves you from this. There are links on the Website to other websites, but that doesn’t mean that the Website supports, approves of, or recommends those websites or their content, operations, products, or owners. The Website is also not responsible for these websites or their owners.

e) the actions, omissions, defaults, breaches, or neglects of the Providers in carrying out their duties as independent contractors.

9. Policy on Privacy

10. Loss of rights and suspension

We can suspend or terminate your access to the Website (or any part of it) right away and without warning if we think you have broken these Terms or if we think it is appropriate for some other reason. It does not affect any other rights or remedies we may have.
